Nominated

Caveat: at this point ANYTHING can change.

I have been nominated to go to do health outreach for the Peace Corps in Eastern Europe or Central Asia in March of 2007. I am very excited.

Now I have to find a 2 year temporary home for my cat(s). Y’all know someone who’d be willing to take my cats and then give ‘em back to me?

Congrats. That’s amazing news. I hope everything pans out for the little allergy bags, too.

Hey, I thought I was taking Mischief?

I thought of a bonus to you not going until March, and that is the fact that in March I will be able to use my vacation time and that means that if you give the car back to your daddy we can drive it to Chicago. Road trip1!!!11

Heh. You know I’d take the kitties, but I’m not in the best situation to take anyone else’s cats right now.

Congrats, sweetie! :)

Y’know, when I took the kittens, it was on the condition that you would take them back if I decided to travel.

So really, I think you need to get yourself a divorce and drug yourself up and keep your word.

There, my problems are solved. *brushes off hands*

:D

If there was someone who could take them both I would like them to be together.

It’s true. that’ll be a fun road trip. Can you use your vacation time before March? ’cause for all I know I’ll need to be in Philly on March 1st.

I know. I thought of you, and that’s what I thought of you. But thanks for even considering it for a millisecond. :)

heh heh. Too bad I’ve grown allergic to those sweeties. I didn’t used to be, when they were younger.

I have been asking around, on their behalf, to see if anyone I know might take them. So far it’s only been ok with people who would insist on keeping them indoor/outdoor. It’s the out door part that’s got me thinking that wont work.

Also. We are 98% sure we’re going ahead with buying Jenny’s place, I’m getting numbers for some lending agencies that might have better deals than Bank of America is offering. So we will have a downstairs apartment available probably by the time you get done with your service, so keep that in mind if you need a place to rent cheaply. It’s got its own entrance, and garden spots, and bay windows built to sit in and read. Lots of light. Something to put away with the cob webs of your brain while you’re gone.

Anyway. If something comes up that sounds good for the kitties, I’ll let ya know.

Yeah, they’ve never been outdoor, and I think they’re a little too dumb to survive out there.

Try BECU and Homestreet for other lending offers.

Yes, I was going to say if you could find someone to take both then do that, but I didn’t want to sound like I didn’t want to take Mischief.

I can start using my vacation January 1st, baby, and I’m sure taking a break from school will be no problem, because I say so.
